John M. Dalfonsi is a seasoned finance and investment banking executive with more than 25 years of experience advising and financing emerging growth companies across the healthcare, technology, consumer, industrial, cleantech, and resource sectors. He has successfully raised over $2 billion through more than 250 transactions, including IPOs, private and public equity offerings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory engagements.
Currently, Dalfonsi serves as Chief Financial Officer of Chef Innovations Capital Group, Chief Financial Officer and Director of BranchOut Food Inc., Chief Financial Officwer of Junction Brain Health and is the Managing Member of Eagle Vision Fund LP, where he focuses on providing growth capital and strategic guidance to high-potential emerging companies. Prior to these roles, he held senior leadership positions at ROTH Capital Partners and Paulson Investment Company, building a reputation for expertise in microcap Nasdaq financings and growth-stage capital markets.
Dalfonsi earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and completed all requirements for medical school before obtaining his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His blend of analytical rigor, operational insight, and capital markets expertise has made him a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, investors, and public company boards alike.
